This course is based on Deepak Chopra's Primordial Sound Meditation to assist you to manage stress and master the art of wellbeing from the inside out.
This course is four sessions over three weeks and you will:
* Learn the theory of meditation and learn how to meditate
* Receive your own personal mantra
* Understand what happens when you meditate and learn positive affirmations
* Learn about chakras, how to create your own reality and the seven higher states of consciousness
