Mercy's practical approach to teaching meditation aims to demystify meditation, emphasising that it is not about achieving otherworldly states, but rather gaining greater awareness and a more peaceful state of being.
Mercy's sessions each comprise of a guided relaxation and awareness
meditation and a silent meditation with instruction. A variety of styles are
explored so you will have the opportunity to discover for yourself what works
best for you.
Each session allows time for discussion and questions, and many
topics pertaining to meditation
and spiritual development are covered.
Sessions are one hour in length and are conducted via Skype. You have the option of a single session or a four session foundation course.
Mercy Wolf has been studying and practicing meditation for more than 25
years. Beginning in her early twenties, her passion and curiosity has led her
to study many techniques and styles, and to travel the world in search of
teachers and teachings.
Her extensive experience has led her to develop an
eclectic style that draws from both modern and traditional approaches while
distilling meditation to its simplest and purest form.
