If you purchased your product anywhere other than moonologyshop.com, you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange, observing their particular return/exchange policy.

• We will not refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Moonology Shop (e.g. wrong item/color). Your refund will equal your order total, minus shipping charges.
