How do I use the flower essences?

You can take the drops internally or spray the mist on and around your body, or in the air around your home or workplace. You can even put seven drops in the bath. 

To take the remedies internally, take a moment, add seven drops to a glass of water and become present to your intention for using this remedy.

The more focused you become with the flower essences, the greater the chances are for successful healing to occur.

The remedies cannot be harmful. It is quite safe to take them as often as needed. For animals choose the most appropriate remedy and add the drops to the animal’s drinking water.
